WHY WE NEED A SAVIOR

We need a Savior because every single human being is born into this world as a sinner and disconnected to Almighty God. We ALL MUST at some point in our lives make a CHOICE TO SURRENDER our lives to God. The earlier in life the better. NO ONE IS HOPELESS. If you are still breathing you are able to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

What is our Savior Jesus Christ saving us from? He will save your spirit and soul from spending eternity in Hell when you leave this world. He will save you from the clutches of Satan and give God authority and permission to help you and protect you when you need it. Jesus will make you a family member, a child of Almighty God. Jesus will adopt you into the family of God. He will heal your sick bodies. He will take residence inside your body and keep you in communication with God 24/7, which is vitally important to your survival here on Earth. Being a child of Almighty God puts you in the same position as Jesus Christ. The privileges of having Jesus as our Savior is endless.

Without Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you are headed for Hell. You can not buy your way into Heaven. You can not negotiate with God and get into Heaven. You can not be good enough and earn your way into Heaven. You can not offer up some human or animal sacrifices to God like the heathen did BEFORE Jesus. Jesus Christ is the ONLY WAY TO THE ONE TRUE GOD. You MUST BE BORN AGAIN spiritually. Jesus is the ONLY ONE who has the power and authority to make that happen. It is a supernatural spiritual, (you can not see it with your natural eyes) experience that ONLY JESUS CHRIST can accomplish.

Jesus was actually the One that was with God in the beginning of creation that assisted in everything we can see with our natural eyes. Jesus Christ was the word and voice of our invisible God.

John 1:1,”Before anything else existed, there was Christ,* with God. He has always been alive and is himself God.”

When The One True God created human beings, Adam and Eve,  in the very beginning of time, He created us needing a Godly spirit to lead us and teach us in life. God formed us in His image and designed a special place in our heart that ONLY HE can occupy. Adam and Eve had that special Father/child relationship with God in the Garden of Eden at creation. God was able to interact, hang out with, walk and talk with man with no restraint

Colossians 1:15-16,”Christ is the exact likeness of the unseen God. He existed before God made anything at all,[a] and, in fact, 16 Christ himself is the Creator who made everything in heaven and earth, the things we can see and the things we can’t; the spirit world with its kings and kingdoms, its rulers and authorities; all were made by Christ for his own use and glory.

The whole reason why Jesus was sent into the world to be our Savior was to reconnect us with Almighty God. When Adam sinned he severed man’s relationship with God. Jesus was sent to restore man’s relationship with God. Mankind died a spiritual death, not a physical death. Jesus was sent to restore a spiritual life to us. We don’t see the spiritual rebirth with our natural eyes but it has happened inside of us when we accept Jesus as Savior.

God was then, and still is, an invisible spiritual Father that you can not see with your natural eyes. Adam and Eve was accustomed to and comfortable with the presence of God even though they could not see Him with their natural eyes. They knew God was there with them.

Adam and Eve rebelled against God and disobeyed Him in the Garden of Eden. When Adam and Eve sinned, they separated mankind from the Spirit of God. Ever since then, human beings have been born into this world as sinners and disconnected from God. That is why we need a Savior.

Without God, WE ARE SINNERS. God can not be in the presence of sin. Man had to sacrifice animals for years after the fall of Adam, to have a blood sacrifice to temporarily cover their sins so they could come into the presence of God. The blood sacrifice was the offering that made it possible for them to communicate with God temporarily. The animal sacrifices could not cleanse the sinful nature of man but it did cover and forgive their sinful behavior long enough for them to speak with God.

God said in Hebrews 9:22,without the shedding of blood, there is NO forgiveness of sin.”

The blood of animals could not erase the sin and guilt in their lives it just covered it. The nature of man still remained sinful. That sinful nature kept men sinning and kept God at a distance from man and prevented Him from being able to dwell intimately with us the way we were originally created.

God needed a one time pure Holy blood sacrifice that would cleanse mankind of all our sins, remove the sin nature from us and connect us to God forever. God needed to make a way for the Holy Spirit of God to come live inside of us to keep us righteous and keep that intimate Father/child relationship continuously active.

God does not want mankind to be separated from Him. He created us to need Him to complete us and fulfill us. He wants a family He can love and fellowship with. Having a close family to love and be loved was why God created us. He wants to be able to walk with us and talk to us at all times.

God knew Adam and Eve were going to sin and separate themselves from Him. Thats why God planned to send His Son Jesus Christ into the world to be the Ultimate blood sacrifice and Savior of human beings. God wants that relationship with us.

God loved man so much that He was willing to sacrifice His only Son, Jesus Christ in order to gain more sons and daughters.

God loved man so much that He allowed His only Son to go to the cross and be the human sinless spotless blood sacrifice for mankind that was needed to forgive sin and connect us to God.

John 3:15-18(TLB)”… so that anyone who believes in me will have eternal life.  For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son so that anyone who believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it. “There is no eternal doom awaiting those who trust him to save them. But those who don’t trust him have already been tried and condemned for not believing in the only Son of God.”

Now we don’t have to make any sacrifices to God for our sins before we can be forgiven. Those rituals are all done away with. They were not good enough to totally erase sin and change our desire to sin. Jesus removes our desire to sin when we are born again.

Hebrews 10:3-5, “But just the opposite happened: those yearly sacrifices reminded them of their disobedience and guilt instead of relieving their minds. For it is not possible for the blood of bulls and goats really to take away sins. That is why Christ said as he came into the world, “O God, the blood of bulls and goats cannot satisfy you, so you have made ready this body of mine for me to lay as a sacrifice upon your altar.

Jesus was the PURE BLOOD SACRIFICE that man needed to restored our connection and relationship back to God our Father. The life, crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus moved man into a different period of time (from BC to AD)  and prepared a better and easier relationship way for us to have a personal relationship with our Father God. No more rituals. No more blood sacrifices.

God gave all power to Jesus to say who has a relationship with Him or not. If we desire to have a relationship with God, no one is denied no matter who you are, no matter how sinful you have been,  or where you live, but you MUST accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior FIRST. There is no other exception and there is no other way to be in relationship with the One True God.  If we accept Jesus as Savior then we can have access to God. If we reject Jesus as Savior we stay disconnected to God and will die and go to Hell.

Isaiah 43:11, “I am the Lord, and there is no other Savior.”

The gospel message is very simple, even a small child can understand. The most simple minded adult can understand the gospel message. IT IS NOT COMPLICATED. God did all the hard work. All we have to do is simply CHOOSE to receive the blood sacrifice Jesus made for our sins,  live our lives as vessels of God and discipline ourselves to behave the way the King James bible tells us to.

KEEP THIS CLEAR IN YOUR HEAD, The ONLY WAY to reach the One True God and have a relationship with Him is by accepting His Son Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior FIRST. Some other religions will teach that your sins can be forgiven by someone else or that there are many ways to God or even that there is more than ONE TRUE GOD. Don’t be deceived by these lies.

             JESUS IS GRACE

Everything changed for man when Jesus was born into this world. Jesus restored our relationship with God. God does not want a family of robots that were forced to love Him so He gave us a free will to choose. Now we can either choose to live our lives without God and spend eternity in Hell or accept Jesus Christ as our Savior and become children of God and spend eternity with Him in Heaven. God never stops loving us no matter what we choose. But His love for us WILL NOT override your free will. If you choose to reject Him, He will still love you as you step into Hell for rejecting Him.

Some people may think its not fair that we are born into the world as sinners even before we commit any sin. But God balanced things out by sending ONE MAN, Jesus Christ to be the sacrifice and Savior for all. So because of one man, sin entered the world, but because of one Man, grace to save us, also entered the world.

Romans 5:15,17,19,20(KJV), “But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.” Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:”

Jesus Christ IS THE GRACE OF GOD. He is the gift from God that we don’t deserve and we can not purchase. When Jesus was born into this world, He came to represent man and God. Jesus first and foremost came to destroy the works of Satan and take back the spiritual authority that Adam had lost to Satan in the Garden of Eden. Next to save all of mankind, past present and future,  from Hell, forgiving us of ALL our sins and connect us to the One True God so we could have an eternal life with God in Heaven. And last to make it possible for man to be reborn spiritually and filled with the precious Holy Spirit of Almighty God Himself to lead us and guide us everyday in our lives. The Holy Spirit is our intimate relationship with God that we were created to have all along.

When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we are allowing Jesus Christ to take the blame for our sins and make us guilt free. Jesus removes all our sinfulness and places it on Himself “as if” He sinned instead of us.

To better understand, I give this analogy. Say in a fit of anger you kill someone. You go to your earthly Dad and tell him what you did.  You are so sorry and remorseful for your crime. But somebody has to pay for it. A life was taken. So your Dad tells you son I am going to take the blame and say I did it. Im going to jail and Ill take the punishment so you can live your life and be free. All your Dad asks, is that you live right from now on and never do anything like that again. What an awesome sacrifice your Dad would be giving you. You should feel so grateful and indebted to him for the rest of your life.

That is the salvation message. Jesus was punished, crucified and killed because of YOUR sins. He took the blame and took the punishment so you don’t have to. All He asks is that you are sorry for your sins and you vow to live your life the way God instructs in the Bible. We should be forever thankful and humbled before Jesus for His wonderful gift and sacrifice of grace.

There are many religions in this world and each one seems to have a different god. God does not care what “religion” you choose to worship Him through, as long as your religion believes Jesus is the ONLY SAVIOR and connection to God. Its not the religion that saves you, forgives you of your sins and makes you a child of God. It is the spirit of the GRACE OF GOD, Jesus Christ. If your religion does not believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the only Savior and connection to the One True God, then your religion is just a social club. It is a false religion that the One True God has nothing to do with. It’s just a group of “nice” people congregating together.

All man has to do, after being born again, is just believe in God’s love and discipline themselves to the life of God. God knows our life is a journey and we are not perfect. God knows we will mess up sometime. But because we are now a member of the family of God, we are His forever. God does not kick us out of the family if we mess up sometime. We are “children of God.” We are growing spiritually and learning to discipline ourselves. In the same way our earthly mom and dad do not kick us out of the family and disown us when we mess up, God does not do that either. We are children spiritually. We will mess up. We ask forgiveness and continue living and doing better next time.

Now if you have been a Christian for 30 years and you still act like a 5 year old, there is going to be some discipline and punishment to your bad behavior. God says he disciplines those He loves. Just like when your earthly mom and dad gives you age appropriate discipline you when you do wrong, God does that too. They still love you, you’re still their child, but they expect better behavior from you. They expect you to grow up and stop making the same mistakes over and over again.

After the crucifixion of Jesus, God raised Jesus from the dead and entered us into a blood covenant with Himself called the time of GRACE.  Since Jesus is GRACE, a new period of time started called “the days of Grace.” Time itself actually changed from BC to AD when Jesus rose from the dead, signifying a new beginning for man. Time started over and a new era started where mankind can have a personal intimate relationship with God, by GRACE.

Right now in 2022, man is still living in that time of grace. God’s time of grace continues until the rapture happens, when His wrath is poured out upon the world.

Grace is being forgiven for your sins and given a new start over. You can’t earn grace. Grace is a gift. If you don’t just accept the gift and you try to start earning the gift, then you have fallen from grace. We are unable to pay God back for His wonderful gift of grace. He allowed His Son Jesus to die for us as a gift. We owe God our lives for that wonderful gift but no matter what we do we can’t do enough to pay God back for the gift. We should feel forever indebted to Him. But God don’t expect us to pay Him back. He just expects us to appreciate it and love Him enough in return to live the rest of our lives the way He says and in complete thankfulness and gratitude. God wants us to take that same love and grace we received from Him and give it to others.

Jesus came to show all men on Earth, what we, as human beings, are capable of doing here on Earth in the flesh if we are born again and filled with the Spirit of God Himself like Jesus was. Jesus came to show us what flesh and blood children of God are capable of doing when possessed with the Holy Spirit. He came to show us how to live a holy perfect life here on earth in the middle of sin and violence. Jesus showed us how to love the unlovable.

Jesus had a very big role to play and mission to accomplish that was absolutely impossible for any other man to do. He was sent by God to defeat Satan in every way and take the authority back in the Earth that Adam lost when He sinned and disobeyed God in the Garden of Eden. Jesus reconciled us to God.

Romans 5:9-11, “And since by his blood he did all this for us as sinners, how much more will he do for us now that he has declared us not guilty? Now he will save us from all of God’s wrath to come.  And since, when we were his enemies, we were brought back to God by the death of his Son, what blessings he must have for us now that we are his friends and he is living within us!  Now we rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God—all because of what our Lord Jesus Christ has done in dying for our sins—making us friends of God.

Jesus came as a man so He could relate to man on our level and see first hand the challenges and limitations we actually experience in these flesh and blood bodies. He suffered in every way that any man could suffer through. He was tempted to sin in every way that man is tempted to sin yet He overcame every temptation and passed every test.

Hebrews 2:16-18Living Bible (TLB), “We all know he did not come as an angel but as a human being—yes, a Jew. And it was necessary for Jesus to be like us, his brothers, so that he could be our merciful and faithful High Priest before God, a Priest who would be both merciful to us and faithful to God in dealing with the sins of the people.  For since he himself has now been through suffering and temptation, he knows what it is like when we suffer and are tempted, and he is wonderfully able to help us

Jesus was the first Christian. He was the flesh and blood body of a man but the inner spirit of God Himself. Just like we are today as “born again” Christians. As a Christian you are too, HALF HUMAN BEING AND HALF GOD ALMIGHTY, JUST LIKE JESUS. As a Christian, we are born into this world as a human flesh and blood man but with the spirit of God on the inside of us. We now can live on this Earth as Jesus did. God looks at us as His sons and daughters just like He did Jesus. The best part is we don’t have to do the physical suffering, sacrifice and death because Jesus did it for us. God only needed one pure holy blood sacrifice for all of mankind throughout eternity and Jesus was it.

HEBREWS 9:11-14, ” He came as High Priest of this better system that we now have. He went into that greater, perfect tabernacle in heaven, not made by men nor part of this world,  and once for all took blood into that inner room, the Holy of Holies, and sprinkled it on the mercy seat; but it was not the blood of goats and calves. No, he took his own blood, and with it he, by himself, made sure of our eternal salvation.  And if under the old system the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of young cows could cleanse men’s bodies from sin, just think how much more surely the blood of Christ will transform our lives and hearts. His sacrifice frees us from the worry of having to obey the old rules and makes us want to serve the living God. For by the help of the eternal Holy Spirit, Christ willingly gave himself to God to die for our sins—he being perfect, without a single sin or fault.

Ephesians 2:8-9 , “For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God; not as a result of [your] works [nor your attempts to keep the Law], so that no one will [be able to] boast or take credit in any way [for his salvation].”

John 1:17, “For the Law was given through Moses, but grace [the unearned, undeserved favor of God] and truth came through Jesus Christ.”

Jesus became the last blood sacrifice that God would EVER accept as payment for sin. And now the flesh and blood bodies of God’s children have become the house or temple for the spirit of God Himself to dwell. As a Christian, we carry God with us everywhere we go. He is part of who we are. He has joined His spirit and His DNA to ours making us His born again children.

.2 Corinthians 6:16, “And what union can there be between God’s temple and idols? For you are God’s temple, the home of the living God, and Godhas said of you, “I will live in them and walk among them, and I will be their God and they shall be my people.”

We are now the “CHURCH” of God. The church is not a brick and mortar building. The church is PEOPLE who belong to God. God still wants us to assemble ourselves together, but the people are the temple or church of God without walls.

We are now on a journey in this world to live our lives as a very important member of the family of God. God is all about loving people and helping them make the free will choice to be part of HIS FAMILY. God gives ALL OF HIS CHILDREN a purpose, assignment and mission to accomplish here on Earth to recruit as many people into the Kingdom and family of God as possible. We ALL MUST HAVE the supernatural power and presence of God on our lives to accomplish the life God has prepared for us.

Jesus was 30 years old before the HOLY SPIRIT of God came to rest upon Him so He could fulfill His purpose and assignment from God. It was witnessed by John the Baptist when Jesus was water baptized.

John 1:32-33(Amp), “John gave [further] evidence [testifying officially for the record, with validity and relevance], saying, “I have seen the Spirit descending as a dove out of heaven, and He remained upon Him.  I did not recognize Him [as the Messiah], but He who sent me to baptize in water said to me, ‘He upon whom you see the Spirit descend and remain, this One is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.’

Until the Holy Spirit came upon Jesus and possessed Him,  Jesus did NO MIRACLES. But after the Spirit of God came upon Him, Jesus was able to do miracles and be GOD IN THE FLESH. Today in 2022 we are still living under the same time of GRACE that Jesus started.

When we accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, God graciously removes our sins and deposits His supernatural Holy Spirit inside of us. We are then able to do everything Jesus did because we too have the spirit of God in us as Jesus did. Without the Holy Spirit in you, you will not have the power to do or receive the miracles that God promises in the bible.

John 14:12, “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.

John 16:7(Amp), “But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby) will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him (the Holy Spirit) to you [to be in close fellowship with you].”

John 14:16-17(Amp), “And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another [a]Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby), to be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive [and take to its heart] because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because He (the Holy Spirit) remains with you continually and will be in you.

John 14:25-27(Amp), “ “I have told you these things while I am still with you. 26 But the [a]Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will help you remember everything that I have told you. 27 Peace I leave with you; My [perfect] peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. [Let My perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge.]

John 5:19-20 (AMP), “ So Jesus answered them by saying, “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, the Son [a]can do nothing of Himself [of His own accord], unless it is something He sees the Father doing; for whatever things the Father does, the Son[in His turn] also does in the same way. 20 For the Father dearly loves the Son and shows Him everything that He Himself is doing; and the Father will show Him greater works than these, so that you will be filled with wonder.

Even though Jesus was crucified on the cross, HE IS NOT DEAD. Jesus is alive right now and sitting on the right hand of Almighty God in Heaven. Jesus hears every prayer. He intercedes and mediates every communication between us and God.

Hebrews 10:12 (KJV) But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

John 14:6-7, “Jesus said to him, “I am the [only] Way [to God] and the [real] Truth and the[real] Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. If you had [really] known Me, you would also have known My Father. From now on you know Him, and have seen Him.

John 10:30, “I and my Father are one.”

John 1:32-34, “And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.”

Please keep this very clear in your head, so you are not deceived by Satan. These other religions that worship gods without Jesus are false religions and fake gods. Muhammed CAN NOT SAVE you. Allah CAN NOT SAVE you. Buddha CAN NOT SAVE you. The Virgin Mary CAN NOT SAVE you. Your priest or your pastor can not forgive you of sin and save your soul. Only Jesus Christ has the ability and authority given to Him by the One and Only God to SAVE you. There is ONLY ONE who is still alive and sitting right now at the right hand of Almighty God in Heaven and that man is JESUS CHRIST. If you do not accept that one Truth, you are forever lost and headed to Hell.

Jesus is the ONLY ONE who has the power to forgive us of our sins because He is the only One who has ever been crucified and shed His blood, and rose from the dead,  JUST FOR YOU; That beating and death by crucifixion was a free gracious gift to you from Almighty God Himself. Jesus took your punishment.

Colossians 1:13-14, “For he has rescued us out of the darkness and gloom of Satan’s kingdom and brought us into the Kingdom of his dear Son,  who bought our freedom with his blood and forgave us all our sins.”

Hebrews 9:13-15, “And if under the old system the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of young cows could cleanse men’s bodies from sin,  just think how much more surely the blood of Christ will transform our lives and hearts. His sacrifice frees us from the worry of having to obey the old rules and makes us want to serve the living God. For by the help of the eternal Holy Spirit, Christ willingly gave himself to God to die for our sins—he being perfect, without a single sin or fault.  Christ came with this new agreement so that all who are invited may come and have forever all the wonders God has promised them. For Christ died to rescue them from the penalty of the sins they had committed while still under that old system.”

Just to recap, when you give a heart felt sincere confession to Jesus Christ asking forgiveness for your sins, Jesus offers the blood sacrifice to God that is required for you and then your sins are forgiven. THIS IS A SPIRITUAL PROCESS. No natural or physical sacrifice is acceptable.

Jesus Christ was that sinless, perfect pure sacrifice that was made for your sins. Jesus offered His blood to God for payment for your sins. You don’t deserve the gift. You are unable to earn the gift. Nothing you can do can repay the gift. YOU JUST BELIEVE AND RECEIVE HIS GRACE WITH THANKSGIVING. The disciples were very clear to people when they ask what they needed to do to be saved and born again. ONLY BELIEVE!!

                                       SALVATION

Acts 16:30-31, “…  “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” They replied, “Believe on the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, and your entire household.”

We must ask Jesus to forgive you, thank Him for the punishment He took for your sins, and then find out how He wants you to live by reading your King James bible; and act better.

There are five easy steps to accepting Jesus as Savior.

1. Acknowledge you are a sinner. Romans 3:23(KJV), “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” We are all born into this world as a sinner. It does not matter if you think you have been good all your life. If you have not accepted Jesus as your Savior, YOU ARE A SINNER. At some point in our lives, we must be born again spiritually, to escape hell. If we never accept Jesus as Savior during our lives, then when we die, we go to Hell.

2. Call out to Jesus for help. God said in Acts 2:21(KJV), ” Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Just call on Jesus. He is your answer to all your problems. You must open your mouth and say the words. You must say with your voice Jesus save me and forgive me of my sins. He will help you if you ask Him. He is ready and willing. NO ONE IS EVER DENIED!

3. Repent your sins. Acts 3:19(KJV), “Repent ye therefore and be converted that your sins may be blotted out.” Repentance is a decision to do better. It is a change of mind, change of heart, and a change of action. If you are really sorry for your sins there has to be changes in your behavior and words.

4. Believe in Jesus. John 3:16(KJV), “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” Believing that Jesus is the Son of Almighty God and paid the price for your sins is accomplished in your heart and soul. Just saying you believe is not good enough. God knows your heart and judges your heart. He knows if you really believe or not.

5. Confession. Romans 10:9&10(NCV), “If you use your mouth to say “Jesus is Lord” and if you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved. We believe with our hearts and so we are made right with God. And we use our mouths to say what we believe, and so we are saved.” If you believe in your heart that Jesus is the Son of God, God raised Jesus from the dead and He is Lord and now lives at the right hand of God, and if you receive the blood sacrifice Jesus made for your sins then you will be saved. I believe praying this prayer with all your heart is the FIRST step to your confession. Say this prayer out loud right where you are. Open your mouth and repeat this prayer.

Pray this prayer:

“Jesus I am a sinner. Save me, help me, I need you. I know You died on the cross for my sins, rose from the dead and now live at the right hand of God. I know that you shed your blood and sacrificed your life JUST FOR ME. I choose to live my life according to Your Word, the Bible. Thank you for saving me. Thank you for writing my name down in the Lambs book of Life. Jesus I receive you as Lord and Savior of my life forever. In Jesus name, Amen.”

Congratulations. That simple heart felt prayer just changed your life. You are now ready to meet Jesus face to face today. You may not “feel” any different. By faith you must “Believe” that your spirit is now “BORN AGAIN”. God has chosen to completely remove the memory of your sinful life from His mind. He will not bring it up again and neither should you. That old you is dead and gone and you are now a new creation in God’s eyes and one of His precious blessed children. We are His sons and daughters just like Jesus, and God does not play favorites among His children.

Jeremiah 31:34, “And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”

Hebrews 8:12, “For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

Hebrews 10:17, “And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.”

You are now filled with the Spirit of God Himself. You are now 50% flesh and blood and 50% Holy Spirit of God. You are a new person. Your old man is gone FOREVER. You now have the opportunity to start your life all over mistake free. At this rebirth, GOD CHOOSES to remember your past life and past sins NO MORE. He wipes the slate clean.

As absolutely brutal and devastating as it was to see the beating death and crucifixion of Jesus Christ, it was necessary so that the rest of mankind could be saved and not have to sacrifice anything or anyone else. God knew that man needed the spirit of God on the inside of them to live in this world and be victorious and the ONLY WAY to accomplish that was send Jesus to be crucified.

“John 16:6-8, “But because I have said these things to you, sorrow has filled your hearts [and taken complete possession of them].  But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby) will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him (the Holy Spirit) to you [to be in close fellowship with you]. And He, when He comes, will convict the world about [the guilt of] sin [and the need for a Savior], and about righteousness, and about judgment:

Now we are a new person. We are just like Jesus on the inside we have the Holy Spirit of Almighty God. We are one with God. We can do all things in this world just like Jesus did.

2 Corinthians 5:17-19Living Bible (TLB),”When someone becomes a Christian, he becomes a brand new person inside. He is not the same anymore. A new life has begun! All these new things are from God who brought us back to himself through what Christ Jesus did. And God has given us the privilege of urging everyone to come into his favor and be reconciled to him.  For God was in Christ, restoring the world to himself, no longer counting men’s sins against them but blotting them out. This is the wonderful message he has given us to tell others.”

Now that you have been adopted into the family of God, you are a Christian. A Christian is someone who has chosen Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and made a lifetime commitment to discipline themselves to live their life according to the instructions of the bible. Those instructions are to love one another.

1 John 4:7, “Dear friends, let us practice loving each other, for love comes from God and those who are loving and kind show that they are the children of God, and that they are getting to know him better.

1 John 5:1, “If you believe that Jesus is the Christ—that he is God’s Son and your Savior—then you are a child of God. And all who love the Father love his children too.

                                FORGIVENESS

As a Christian, we take that same forgiveness that God gave us and we give it to others that we are in association with daily. This is a daily discipline that we train ourselves to. As we go through the day and interact with people and the world, we have many opportunities to be offended, angry and hurt. We can take that anger and offense and hold on to it or we can choose to forgive it and move on, EVEN TOWARD PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT SORRY.

That walk of forgiveness is the ultimate test of your love for God and for people. That is a test that we are continually confronted with that GOD EXPECTS US TO CONTINUALLY PASS. The day we decide to hold offense and unforgiveness in our heart, is the day that the true love and power of God STOPS WORKING IN YOUR LIFE.

Matthew 6:14-15 CEV, “If you forgive others for the wrongs they do to you, your Father in heaven will forgive you. 15 But if you don’t forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.

Your love and forgiveness toward people, especially toward people who don’t deserve it, is not you accepting their bad behavior. It is you expressing God to them and allowing God to be seen by the offender through your actions of forgiveness.
